I started Black Shield after seeing too many homeowners pay the price for shortcuts they never agreed to. Problems covered up. Details rushed. “Good enough” work sold as permanent solutions. Small issues ignored quietly turn into major failures later, and once the job is done, most contractors are already gone. That never sat right with me.
